How does Jeevi App work? How to use?
How does Jeevi App work on a high level?
Jeevi App has 6 channels (Physical Health, Community, Mental Health, Hobbies, Family & Friends, Career & Money) that represent key aspects of your life.
Our goal is help you balance all these important areas of your life.
- The circular thick colored line around a channel's icon related to channel represents your score for a channel indicating how well you are aware and balancing that aspect of life
- If you tap on each channel tile, you will interact with Jeevi Assistant. You will get information articles, videos, challenges, and quotes related to that aspect of life.
- The goal of each channel is to make you aware of its importance, identify gaps in your life, and then take up challenges to balance that aspect of life.
- You can tap on 'Challenges' icon in the menu to signup for challenges to engage in important aspects of your life.
- You can tap on the 'Journal' section of the app and capture your personal thoughts.
- You can tap on the 'Metrics' icon to see how active you are in a channel, including badges
How to use Jeevi App?
- Open the Jeevi App
- Tap on any of the channel tile of your choice
- You will be on-boarded with a set of welcome messages and occasional questions to personalize your experience and get relevant recommendations.
- You can long press on an article, video, or quote to like it or pin to bookmark and revisit the same.
The 'Daily Insights' section provides personalized messages that suggest the user to take certain actions to balance life
