I did not receive OTP to login, what should I do?

Below are some of the common reasons for not receiving OTP.  Ensure, you verify all of these. 
  1. Check Phone Number: First, check the phone number you entered, if it is correct or not. Sometimes users enter the digits wrong and keep waiting.
  2. Different Phone: Sometimes users use two devices. They install an app in one device but give phone number of other device. To be clear, the OTP is sent to the phone with the phone number used to register in Jeevi App, not to the phone where Jeevi App is installed.
  3. Give 2 min: We use SMS for delivery of the OTP and it is very reliable. You should receive the OTP within 2 minutes. If you do not receive in 2 min, request to resend the OTP.
