What are Challenges in Jeevi App? How to use?

Challenges are various activities related to important aspects of your life.  They help you engage in a particular area of your life that needs attention to balance life. They are your first step towards building habits for having a balanced life.

You can browse 'challenges' and sign-up for the same by tapping on the 'Challenges' icon in the main menu. 

Challenges help you stay engaged in important aspects of your life and have a balanced life.

How to use Challenges? 

You can navigate to 'challenges' section by tapping on the menu item at the bottom. See the below screenshot on how it works.  

You can filter challenges by channel as well as, if you have never tried them as shown in below screenshot.

To signup or start a challenge, all you need to do is swipe right as shown in below screenshot to start a challenge. 

The Jeevi digital coach also suggests you various challenges based on your preferences. All you need to do is click on the 'Accept' button to accept a challenge. 

How to track or mark your status for challenges?

Once you have accepted or started a challenge, that challenge will appear in the 'Doing' tab of the challenges as show in below screenshot. You can mark the challenge as done for that day by either swiping to the right and clicking on 'Mark' as shown in below screenshot or you can tap on the challenge and tap on date to mark that day. The background color of a day indicates, if the day was marked as done or not.
